At CuddleMinis, every piece is thoughtfully designed to bring comfort, joy, and freedom to your little one. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple and parent-friendly return and exchange experience.

We want your child to love their cuddle-ready outfit.
If the size, fit, or product doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
📦 2. Eligibility Criteria
Items are eligible for return or exchange if they are:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags intact
- Returned in original packaging
Items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.
🔄 3. Exchange Policy (Recommended Option)
We encourage exchanges for size or style changes to ensure your little one gets the perfect fit.
Exchange Process
- Submit an exchange request via email or WhatsApp within 7 days
- Our team will confirm eligibility
- Pickup or self-shipping instructions will be shared
- Replacement item will be dispatched after quality check
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
💸 4. Return & Refund Policy
If you prefer a return instead of an exchange:
Refund Details
- Refunds are processed after product inspection
- Timeline: 5–7 working days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
🚚 5. Reverse Shipping
- First exchange may be eligible for complimentary pickup (promo-based)
- For returns, reverse shipping charges may be deducted from the refund (if applicable)
- Self-shipping customers may receive reimbursement in the form of store credit, subject to approval

Because our fits are intentionally oversized:
- Choose your child’s regular size for a relaxed look
- Size down for a slightly structured fit
- Size up for longer wear

📸 8. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share images/videos of the issue
- We’ll arrange a priority replacement or refund

You may choose store credit instead of a refund for faster resolution.
Store credit:
- Never expires
- Can be used on any future purchase
- Is ideal for upcoming drops or size swaps
