At CuddleMinis, we want every order to bring smiles. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Exchange Policy

Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your order if:

* The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
* All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
* The product is returned in its original condition.
* The item passes our quality inspection upon receipt.

Exchange Options

You can exchange your order for:

* A different size of the same product (subject to availability), or
* Another product of equal or higher value (price difference, if any, will be payable).

Exchange Methods

Self Shipping (Free)

Pack the product securely and ship it to our return address using any courier service. Once received and approved, we will dispatch your replacement.

Home Pickup (₹100)

If available in your location, you can request a doorstep pickup through our website. A ₹100 pickup fee will apply.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order if:

* The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
* All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
* The product is returned in its original condition.
* The item passes our quality inspection upon receipt.

Return Methods

Self Shipping (Free)

Securely pack the item and ship it to our return address using any courier service.

Home Pickup (₹100)

If available in your location, request a home pickup through our website. A ₹100 pickup fee will be deducted while issuing your store credit.

Refund as Store Credit

Once your return is approved:

* Refunds will be issued as CuddleMinis Store Credit.
* Store Credit will be processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
* Store Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
* It can be redeemed on any purchase at www.cuddleminis.com.
* Store Credit cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.

Incorrect, Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@cuddleminis.com with:

* Order ID
* Clear photos of the product
* Photos of the outer packaging

After verification, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method at no additional cost.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

* Products purchased during Clearance Sale, Final Sale, or Special Promotional Offers (unless received damaged or incorrect).
* Gift cards.
* Products that have been washed, worn, altered, damaged by the customer, or returned without original tags and packaging.

Cancellation Policy

* Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
* Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be processed under the Return Policy.
