Returns & Exchanges Policy — CuddleMinis

At CuddleMinis, every piece is thoughtfully designed to bring comfort, joy, and freedom to your little one. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple and parent-friendly return and exchange experience.

We want your child to love their cuddle-ready outfit.

If the size, fit, or product doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.


📦 2. Eligibility Criteria

Items are eligible for return or exchange if they are:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all tags intact
  • Returned in original packaging

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.


🔄 3. Exchange Policy (Recommended Option)

We encourage exchanges for size or style changes to ensure your little one gets the perfect fit.

Exchange Process

  1. Submit an exchange request via email or WhatsApp within 7 days
  2. Our team will confirm eligibility
  3. Pickup or self-shipping instructions will be shared
  4. Replacement item will be dispatched after quality check

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


💸 4. Return & Refund Policy

If you prefer a return instead of an exchange:

Refund Details

  • Refunds are processed after product inspection
  • Timeline: 5–7 working days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.


🚚 5. Reverse Shipping

  • First exchange may be eligible for complimentary pickup (promo-based)
  • For returns, reverse shipping charges may be deducted from the refund (if applicable)
  • Self-shipping customers may receive reimbursement in the form of store credit, subject to approval

Because our fits are intentionally oversized:

  • Choose your child’s regular size for a relaxed look
  • Size down for a slightly structured fit
  • Size up for longer wear

Our team is always happy to help with sizing before purchase.


📸 8. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share images/videos of the issue
  • We’ll arrange a priority replacement or refund

💛 9. Store Credit Option (Flexible Choice)

You may choose store credit instead of a refund for faster resolution.

Store credit:

  • Never expires
  • Can be used on any future purchase
  • Is ideal for upcoming drops or size swaps
