Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your CuddleMinis purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery, subject to the eligibility conditions below.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team within 5 days of delivery with your order details and reason for the request.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:

• Unworn and unused

• Unwashed

• In its original condition

• With all original tags and packaging intact

Products that show signs of wear, washing, damage, alteration or use may not be eligible for return.

Exchange Options

You can exchange your order for:

• A different size of the same product, subject to availability; or

• Another product of equal or higher value. Any applicable price difference will be payable by the customer.

Exchange Methods

Self Shipping

Pack the product securely and ship it to our return address using any courier service. Once the product is received and the return is approved, we will dispatch your replacement.

Home Pickup — ₹100

If home pickup is available at your location, you can request a doorstep pickup through our website. A ₹100 pickup fee will apply.

Refunds

For approved returns, refunds are issued exclusively as CuddleMinis Store Credit. We do not provide refunds to the original payment method for eligible returns.

Once the returned product has been received, inspected and the return has been approved, the applicable store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days.

Store credit can be used towards future purchases on CuddleMinis.

Incorrect, Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing contact@cuddleminis.com with:

• Order ID

• Clear photos of the product

• Photos of the outer packaging

After verification, we will arrange a free replacement or, where a replacement is not possible, an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law and our policies, at no additional cost to the customer.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products purchased during Clearance Sale or Final Sale, unless received damaged or incorrect

• Gift cards

• Products that have been washed, worn, altered, damaged by the customer, or returned without original tags and packaging

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be processed under the Return Policy.

Important Notes

• All returns and exchanges are subject to successful quality inspection.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• Only one return or exchange request is permitted per order.

• CuddleMinis reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above eligibility criteria.
